In this project, I've analyzed the interplay between interest rates and HDB resale prices in Singapore. Utilizing SQL queries, I extracted relevant data from databases, focusing on high-value transactions in 2023. Leveraging Python and geopandas, I processed and visualized this data on a map, revealing spatial trends in median resale prices and their fluctuations between 2022 and 2023. By integrating financial data with geographical insights, this project provides valuable insights into the dynamics of Singapore's real estate market, aiding in informed decision-making and deeper understanding of economic influences on property values.
Auto Updating HDB Report using OpenAI API
This project analyzes Singaporean HDB resale data, integrating geographic and classification information. Leveraging OpenAI's natural language generation, it provides insights into monthly median prices and town-to-town comparisons, aiding informed decision-making in the real estate market.
Condo Prices Around MRT Stations
The MRT project analyzes property prices near Singaporean MRT stations. SQL queries retrieve transaction data, while Python scripts preprocess and visualize it. The analysis identifies trends in prices based on MRT lines and tenure types, offering insights for investors and homebuyers.
Primary School Proximity Checker
The project utilizes the OneMap API to fetch geographic data, calculates distances between schools and a specified point, then visualizes the data with color-coded markers, enhancing spatial understanding on a website.
